Antibody Affinity
Purification Antibody affinity purification is a method used to purify a protein of interest by using its affinity to a specific antibody. It is based on the binding of the protein of interest with an immobilized antibody that allows the protein to be pulled out of a sample solution. After the purification process, the protein can be used for further studies. This method is particularly useful for identifying and isolating specific proteins without other components, which makes it a powerful tool for protein purification and characterization in a wide range of biochemistry and molecular biology research areas.
