Overview
Fatigue is a condition of extreme tiredness that results from prolonged physical, mental, or emotional effort or stress. It can affect both physical and mental performance and can have a negative impact on an individual's quality of life. Fatigue can be caused by a number of different factors, including lack of sleep, poor nutrition, anemia, addiction, overwork, and depression. It is also associated with certain medical conditions, such as chronic fatigue syndrome, heart disease, and cancer. Fatigue is a common symptom in many different illnesses and can be managed through lifestyle changes, such as increasing physical activity, improving sleep, and reducing stress.
