Microarrays
Microarrays are advanced scientific tools used for analyzing the expression of thousands of genes at the same time. By using DNA or cDNA on a specialized substrate, microarrays enable researchers to observe the expression levels of huge amounts of genes in a single experiment. This high-throughput method can provide valuable insights into the effects of a given intervention or drug on gene expression in a variety of organisms, from bacteria to humans. Additionally, microarray technology has made it easier to explore genes of unknown function and discover new pathways, making it a powerful tool for new discoveries in the scientific community.
