Cdna Libraries

cDNA libraries are collections of DNA sequences constructed from mRNA molecules, which are the intermediary molecules between genes and the proteins they encode. These libraries provide a snapshot of the expressed genes in the organism at any given point in time, and are an important tool in molecular biology. They are used to study gene expression, identify and isolate genes, and create recombinant DNA molecules. cDNA libraries are also used to enhance gene prediction, gain insights into gene regulation, cloning, and genomic sequencing. They are a powerful tool to study the function of genes and their proteins.
