Agarose Gel Electrophoresis

Agarose Gel Electrophoresis is a method of separating biological molecules like DNA, RNA and proteins according to their size and charge. It is a widely used laboratory technique for analyzing the size and structure of large molecules, allowing scientists to identify and analyze different types of molecules. Agarose gel electrophoresis is a cost-effective and efficient way to separate, purify, and identify complex proteins, nucleic acids and other biomolecules. It is also used to check the purity and quality of a sample of DNA. Agarose gel electrophoresis is an invaluable tool for molecular biology research and is used to assess the effects of genetic manipulation on proteins and nucleic acids.
