Pecans

Pecans are a type of tree nut native to North America. They are highly nutritious, containing large amounts of healthy fats, proteins, minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants. They are often used in baking and desserts, as well as a topping for salads and other dishes. Pecans are also known for their purported health benefits, as research suggests that their dietary fiber and other nutrients may help reduce cholesterol, prevent heart disease, and lower risk of certain cancers.
