General Hygiene

General hygiene refers to the practice of maintaining cleanliness and healthful living habits in order to reduce the risk of illness and the spread of disease. This includes regular handwashing, bathing, brushing teeth, wearing clean clothes, and staying away from contaminated items. Performing general hygiene practices can help to significantly reduce the risk of developing harmful illnesses, as well as the spread of infectious diseases. Furthermore, it can also improve self-esteem, as a neat and tidy appearance can be beneficial for one’s social life. Overall, it is important to practice general hygiene on a regular basis in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle and prevent the spread of disease.
