Energy Transfer
Energy transfer is the process of transforming energy from one form to another. It is an important part of many biological, physical, and chemical processes, and is essential for sustaining life on Earth. Energy may be transferred in different ways, such as through radiation, conduction, and convection. Examples of energy transfer include photosynthesis, the process of converting sunlight into chemical energy; heating, cooling, and illumination; and the transfer of electrical energy from a power plant to homes and businesses. Energy transfer is also used to create electricity and is essential to many industries, including power generation, transportation, manufacturing, and telecommunications. Understanding the various forms and processes of energy transfer is critical to developing efficient energy-saving strategies.
