Overview
Energy Law is a broad and multi-disciplinary field of law that covers the legal rules and principles governing the production and use of energy from all sources, such as fossil fuels and renewable energies. It focuses on the regulation of energy-related activities and how it affects the environment, competition, public health and safety, and consumer protection. It also looks into the policies, processes and institutions that guide energy use and production.
