Energy Efficiency
Energy efficiency is a term used to describe the practice of using less energy to achieve the same result. It is an important concept for both reducing resource consumption and relieving the pressure of rising energy costs. Examples of energy efficiency include using more efficient lighting, insulation, refrigeration, heating and cooling systems, transportation, electronic devices, and more. By being more energy efficient, households and businesses can save money, reduce their carbon footprint, and help to protect the environment.
