Personal Protective Equipment
Personal protective equipment (PPE) is any type of clothing, equipment, or accessory that is designed to protect the wearer from potential hazards. This can include helmets, gloves, goggles, and other protective gear. PPE is used to reduce the risk of injury and illness in a variety of industries and settings, such as construction sites, emergency response teams, and medical laboratories. By protecting workers and bystanders from exposure to dangerous materials and situations, the use of PPE can improve the safety of workers and limit the spread of diseases.
