Novel Coronavirus (nCOV) is a virus that was first identified in late 2019, causing an illness now known as COVID-19. It is believed to have originated from China, and is now a pandemic virus which has spread across the world. It is a highly contagious virus which can spread from person to person through respiratory droplets, and can cause severe illness and death. Symptoms of nCOV include fever, cough, shortness of breath, and breathing difficulties. It is important for people to take preventive measures such as regular hand washing, social distancing, and wearing face masks to help stop the spread of the virus. Vaccines are also being developed to provide protection against the virus.
