Gonorrhea
Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted infection caused by the bacterium Neisseria gonorrhoeae. It is transmitted through unprotected sexual contact and can lead to serious health complications, such as pelvic inflammatory disease in women, infertility, and ectopic pregnancy. Gonorrhea is treatable and curable with antibiotics. Early diagnosis and prompt treatment are essential to prevent the spread of this infection.
