Overview

Pathology Forensic Pathology is an essential branch of medical science which studies the biological changes in the physical body as a result of disease, injury or environmental factors. This enables medical professionals and law enforcement to accurately identify the cause of death in cases of homicide, suicide, or natural deaths such as those due to car accidents. Pathology Forensic Pathology helps to understand the underlying processes in disease and provides the evidence required to identify the perpetrator in cases of criminal activity. It is also used to diagnose and treat medical conditions, and research the effects of medicines on the physical body.
