Inoculation
Inoculation is the process of introducing antigenic material into the body to induce an immune response. It is a type of immunization that can prevent or reduce the severity of some diseases, such as diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, and polio. It can also be used to protect against infections such as measles, rubella, mumps and hepatitis B. In addition, inoculation can be used to develop immunity against certain forms of cancer. Inoculation is an important tool for preventing the spread of communicable diseases and improving the health of individuals and populations.
