Saliva Testing

Saliva testing is a type of diagnostic test used to measure the amount of components found in human saliva. It is a quick and non-invasive method used to assess a variety of health conditions, such as diabetes, hormones, vitamins, drugs and alcohol, as well as to detect the presence of certain diseases and infections. Saliva testing is an important tool in the diagnosis and treatment of many medical conditions, as well as being beneficial in preventive health care. It can provide accurate results quickly, which can in turn lead to more cost effective and timely medical care. Additionally, saliva testing is increasingly used in personalized medicine, as it can provide insight into a person’s individual characteristics, such as age, gender, genetics, and lifestyle.
