Acute Lymphoblastic Anemia
Acute lymphoblastic anemia (ALL) is a type of blood cancer. It is more common in children, but can affect adults. ALL Patients have abnormal white blood cells that build up in the bone marrow, crowding out the healthy blood cells, leading to anemia, weak immune system and increased risk of infections. Treatment involves a combination of chemotherapy, stem cell transplantation, and other supportive therapy. Early diagnosis and treatment can help improve outcomes and reduce complications.
