Breast Milk
Breast milk is the milk produced by a mother's mammary glands to feed her baby. It provides essential nutrients needed for a baby's growth and development. Breast milk has powerful properties to protect babies from infection, allergies and diseases, as it contains antibodies that help to fight infections. It also contains hormones, enzymes and other essential components that are important for a baby’s health and development. Breast milk is highly recommended for infants as it helps to develop the baby’s immune system, improve the baby’s IQ, and promote healthy physical development. It is also beneficial for mothers, as it helps to burn extra calories and reduce stress hormones.
