Breast Feeding
Breastfeeding is the process of providing infants with nutrition through the mother's milk. It is important for both the child and the mother, providing essential nutrients and immunological properties to the child and helping the mother to bond with the child. Breastfeeding also has numerous health benefits for both the child, who is less likely to suffer from illnesses and allergies, and the mother, who lower her risk of certain cancers. The World Health Organization recommends that babies are exclusively breastfed for six months and that the process is continued until two years and beyond.
