Plant Cells
Plant cells are the basic units of life in plants. They are complex structures that carry out the functions necessary for the continued existence of the entire organism. Each cell contains specialized organelles that allow it to perform its specific tasks. Plant cells also contain a rigid cell wall, which is important for supporting the structure of the entire organism and provides protection from the environment. Plant cells are responsible for a wide range of processes, including photosynthesis, respiration, nutrient absorption, and growth. They also play a key role in the production of fruits, vegetables, and other plant matter, which are all essential for human life and nutrition.
