Biomaterials and Cosmetics

Biomaterials and cosmetics are increasingly important in the health and beauty industries. Biomaterials are substances derived from nature that have been modified to interact with living systems in a beneficial manner. These materials are used as implants, to assist in tissue repair and regeneration, and for drug delivery. Cosmetics are products used to enhance or improve the appearance of the skin, hair, nails, eyes, and lips. They contain a variety of ingredients, such as minerals, proteins, vitamins, and botanical extracts, that help protect and nourish the skin and improve its appearance. Through the use of biomaterials and cosmetics, people can maintain a healthy and youthful looking appearance.
