Insulin

Insulin is a hormone produced by the pancreas that helps to regulate glucose levels in the body. It plays an essential role in the process of converting food into energy and helps to maintain normal blood sugar levels. Insulin is commonly used to treat diabetes, a disease in which the body does not produce enough insulin or is unable to properly use it. It is also used to treat other conditions related to high blood sugar levels, such as obesity and metabolic syndrome. Insulin therapy is a safe and effective way to manage diabetes and to help prevent serious health complications associated with the disease.
