Diabetes
Diabetes is a chronic health condition caused by an inability to properly process sugar due to insufficient production of insulin or decreased sensitivity to insulin. Uncontrolled diabetes can lead to serious health complications, including stroke, nerve damage, kidney damage, and even death. Diabetes is a leading cause of death worldwide and cannot be cured, but it can be controlled through lifestyle changes such as a healthy diet, regular exercise, and checking blood sugar levels. With the proper management, diabetes can be effectively managed.
