Management Stress Management is an important part of maintaining overall health and well-being. It is the process of recognizing the signs of stress, understanding its causes, and using techniques to reduce and manage stress levels. Stress Management techniques include physical activities such as exercise, yoga, and deep breathing; cognitive techniques such as mindfulness and relaxation; and lifestyle changes such as better time management and communication.
