Overview
Behavioral health services are a type of health care focused on the treatment and prevention of mental health issues. These services aim to help individuals, couples, and families improve their mental and emotional wellbeing and address issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, and issues related to relationships. Depending on an individual’s needs, the services may include individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, psychotherapy, case management, and more. Behavioral health services have become increasingly important in recent years, as they can help individuals better manage difficult life situations and develop healthier coping skills. By providing accessible care, they can help reduce the stigma associated with mental health issues and ensure better outcomes for those in need.
