Aggression

Aggression refers to any behavior that is intended to hurt or harm another person or living being. Aggression can be verbal, physical, or emotional in nature and has been studied extensively in psychology and related fields. Aggression has important implications for mental health, public safety, and public health. Studies of aggression have focused on the psychological, biological, and social factors that influence the likelihood and intensity of aggressive behavior. Recent research suggests that people can effectively reduce their aggression by understanding its causes and working to modify their behavior. Aggression can also be manipulated to promote positive changes in society, such as improved communication and understanding between different social groups.
