Overview

Chinese herbs are a form of traditional Chinese medicine that has been used for thousands of years. They are made from a variety of plant, mineral, and animal-based ingredients that are used to treat a range of health-related conditions. Chinese herbs work by restoring the balance of yin and yang, the two forces that govern our bodies. The herbs are believed to aid in digestion, strengthen the immune system, and combat certain diseases. Chinese herbs can also be used to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance energy levels. As more research is being conducted, it is becoming increasingly evident that Chinese herbs provide many health benefits.
