Overview
ADHD Cognitive Therapy is a type of psychotherapy that uses cognitive-behavioral strategies to help people with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) manage their symptoms. This type of therapy helps address issues related to impulsivity, poor concentration, and poor problem-solving skills that are commonly associated with ADHD. It can also assist with improving relationships, communication, organization, and time management. Through a variety of strategies, such as self-talk, relaxation techniques, and goal setting, ADHD Cognitive Therapy can help individuals with ADHD make long-term changes in their lives and improve their quality of life.
