Overview
ADHD behavioral intervention is a type of psychotherapy that uses positive reinforcement techniques to help people with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) better manage their condition. The goal of this intervention is to modify the thoughts and behaviors associated with ADHD in order to enable individuals to better cope with the challenges of day-to-day life. It has been proven to be an effective tool in improving concentration, reducing impulsivity, and improving organizational abilities. This type of intervention is also useful in improving functioning in the areas of social skills, academic achievement, and family relationships. ADHD behavioral intervention can help individuals to lead successful, productive lives.
