Lynx
The Lynx is a species of wildcat found in North America, Europe and Asia. They are small-sized cats and have a short tail and tufted ears. Lynx are solitary animals, and their natural diet consists of small rodents, birds, and hares. They are an important species in the balance of the ecosystem as they help to control rodent and other small mammal populations. Lynx are also an important species to conservation efforts, as they have seen population declines due to habitat destruction, climate change and other human activities. They are also valued for their fur and are hunted for this purpose in many areas.
