Gorillas

Gorillas are a species of great apes found in the forests of Africa. They are the largest of the living primates and are the closest living relatives to humans. Gorillas are critically endangered due to poaching, habitat loss, and diseases. They play an important role in the forests they inhabit, being both seed dispersers and engineers of the forests. Gorillas form strong bonds with one another and some form committed relationships. Through scientific research and conservation efforts, we can ensure the survival of this species and its contribution to our planet's biodiversity.
