Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) are infectious diseases that are passed from one person to another through sexual contact. They include HIV/AIDS, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, and other bacterial and viral infections. STDs can lead to serious health complications, including infertility and even death. It is important to practice safe sex and get tested regularly to reduce the spread of these diseases and improve sexual health.
