Psychotherapies

Psychotherapies are evidence-based treatments used to treat mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety. These therapies involve talking with a trained professional to discuss thoughts, feelings and experiences in order to gain insight and understanding into the root of a problem and develop coping strategies. Psychotherapies are effective for individuals, couples, families and groups and can be used to mange symptoms, gain insight about oneself and develop healthier relationships.
