Psychoses
Psychoses are mental disorders characterized by an altered state of consciousness and a distorted perception of reality. These types of disorders can severely impair a person's day-to-day functioning and may lead to a wide range of physical and psychological symptoms. Psychoses can also have serious social and economic implications for those affected. Treatment for psychoses typically involves a combination of medication, psychotherapy, and lifestyle adjustments. Early diagnosis and intervention can help reduce the severity of the symptoms and improve overall quality of life.
