Motivation
Motivation is an essential psychological concept that refers to the set of forces that stimulate and direct individuals towards action. It is the driving force towards action, providing energy and direction for behaviors. Motivation is believed to be a major contributor to performance, influencing both the quantity and quality of an individual’s performance. Without motivation, an individual may lack the dedication and focus to perform at his or her best.
