Menopause

Menopause is the natural end of a woman's reproductive years, typically occurring around the age of 50. During this time, the body experiences a decrease in the production of hormones, resulting in a disruption of the menstrual cycle and the inability to conceive. Menopause is a significant physiological event, causing physical, psychological, and emotional changes. These changes can include hot flashes or night sweats, vaginal dryness, sleep disturbances, and decreased sex drive, among many other changes. To help address these changes and their symptoms, doctors may recommend lifestyle alterations, such as exercising and eating healthy, as well as hormone therapy and other treatments.
