Behavioral Conditioning
Behavioral conditioning is a type of learning in which an individual's behavior is modified by reinforcement or punishment. It is based on the idea that behaviors are influenced by the environment and can be modified over time by changes in the environment. It is a widely used method used in many types of behavior modification and therapy, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), desensitization therapy, and animal training. Behavioral conditioning is also used in marketing campaigns, education, and many other fields. It is an effective tool to help an individual change their behavior and increase their overall wellbeing.
