Applied Behavior Analysis
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientific discipline used to study behavior and help address challenges with behavior. It involves many techniques to identify and modify behavior, including positive reinforcement and shaping. ABA is used in a variety of settings, including schools, medical and healthcare facilities, and homes, to promote positive changes in behavior. ABA is a proven and effective approach to treating issues such as autism, anxiety, and ADHD. In addition, ABA can be used to help individuals develop communication, social, and self-care skills. ABA’s evidence-based methods can help improve academic performance, reduce problem behaviors, increase independence, and foster healthier relationships.
