Sensory Behaviour

Sensory behaviour refers to how humans or animals interact with their environment using their senses such as vision, hearing, smell, taste and touch. It is an important field of study as it can help to inform on how different creatures learn and interact with their surroundings. Sensory behaviour is used to better understand how animals interact with habitat and how they respond to changes in the environment. It is also used to better understand how humans experience the world and respond to different stimuli. It is increasingly being used in the design of products, to create environments which are more enjoyable for humans to experience.
