Behavioural Psychology & Physiology

Behavioural Psychology & Physiology is the study of how animals and humans interact with the environment. It is a field of research that examines the relationship between physical and behavioural responses, exploring the ultimate cause and effect of behaviour. Through understanding the principles of behavioural psychology & physiology, researchers are able to develop effective strategies to enhance physical and mental health outcomes, improve performance, reduce stress and optimise behaviour. It is widely used as a tool to improve education, health, sports and legal practices. By studying behavioural psychology & physiology, researchers are able to gain a better insight into the complex behaviours of people, animals and other organisms and design interventions to manipulate these behaviours to achieve desired outcomes.
