Regional Hydrology

Regional Hydrology is a branch of hydrology focused on the study of hydrological processes on a regional scale. It is used to understand how water moves through watersheds, how climate influences water supply, and how water use affects water resources. Regional hydrology is important in providing sustainable water management, as it helps us to understand how to manage and conserve water resources in different areas. It also helps us to understand how climate change affects regional water resources and to plan for efficient water use. Regional hydrology is used for water resource planning, hydrological modelling, water resource management, and agricultural water use.
