Self-questioning

Self-questioning is a psychological technique which involves an individual reflecting on their own thoughts and actions. This internal dialogue encourages an individual to critically interrogate their thoughts and behaviours, so that they can make better decisions. By using this technique, individuals are able to identify irrational or detrimental behaviour and make positive changes to their lifestyle, leading to a greater sense of well-being. Self-questioning is a powerful self-help technique which can be used to increase resilience, assertiveness, and self-efficacy. It is a practical tool which can be used by anyone to actively seek self-improvement and growth.
