Venous Hypertension Ulcers
Venous Hypertension Ulcers are skin lesions that are caused by increased pressure in the veins, usually in the lower legs. These lesions can become very painful and prone to infection. They can have serious, long-term effects if left untreated, resulting in scarring, skin discoloration, and permanent disfigurement. Venous Hypertension Ulcers can be difficult to treat and require specialized medical attention. Early detection and treatment can greatly reduce the severity and duration of the ulcer, resulting in faster healing and fewer complications. Patients should consult their healthcare provider as soon as they notice any changes in the skin of their lower legs.
