Brain Infection
Brain infection is the invasion of the brain by disease causing agents such as viruses, bacteria, or fungi. It can result in serious neurologic damage, disability, and even death. Brain infections can be caused by a variety of factors such as traumatic injury, prolonged exposure to toxins and pollutants, or through contact with an infectious agent. Common symptoms of brain infection include fever, headache, nausea, confusion, and seizures. Treatment typically involves antibiotics, antiviral drugs, or antifungal drugs, depending on the cause of the infection. Brain infection is a serious condition and can result in long-term or permanent neurological damage or disability if not treated promptly and properly.
