Cdna Library

A cDNA library is a collection of genes from an organism or sample that has been converted into DNA by reverse transcriptase. It is the most important tool for gene cloning, functional genomics and proteomic studies. Through cDNA library, researchers can identify and isolate the genes they are looking for and study them more closely. cDNA library can be used to analyze gene structure, characterize gene expression, map gene regions, and analyze gene regulation. It also helps to identify novel genes and identify new gene products. Overall, cDNA libraries are invaluable tools for molecular biology, allowing researchers to better understand the genetic makeup of an organism and its role in the physiological processes of living things.
