Chemotherapy

Chemotherapy is a type of medical treatment which uses anticancer drugs to kill cancer cells. It works by interfering with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body. It is an important part of cancer treatment and can be used either alone or in combination with other treatments such as surgery and radiation therapy. Chemotherapy is most useful in treating cancers that have spread to different parts of the body, as it can target cancer cells both directly and indirectly. It can help reduce tumors and significantly reduce the risk of cancer recurring. In some cases, chemotherapy can even help cure cancer.
