Adenocarcinoma, Follicular

Adenocarcinoma, Follicular is a type of cancer that arises from the adenomatous epithelium. It is the most common type of cancer of the breast and usually occurs in the lining of the ducts and lobules in women. It can also occur in other organs in the body such as the thyroid, adrenal glands, stomach, and colon. Treatment options may include surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, and/or targeted therapy. Early diagnosis and treatment are important to improve long-term outcomes for patients.
