Nano Chemistry
Nano chemistry is the application of chemistry principles to materials and devices at the nano-scale - less than 100 nanometers in size. It is an interdisciplinary science focusing on the design, synthesis, and characterisation of nanomaterials and nanodevices with unique and improved physical, chemical and biological properties. Nano chemistry has the potential to revolutionise many fields, such as energy storage, drug delivery, sensing, and nanoelectronics. It can also be used to create materials with new structural and mechanical properties, leading to lighter and stronger objects, as well as materials that are more durable and resistant to wear.
