Sports Science

Sports science is a field of study that focuses on physical activity and sport. It involves various aspects such as physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, psychology, health and physical education, as well as sports medicine. This multi-disciplinary approach allows sports scientists to develop a comprehensive understanding of athlete performance and health. Sports science enhances physical performance and reduces injury and fatigue, allowing athletes to achieve their full potential in a safe and effective manner.
