Running
Running is a form of aerobic exercise in which an individual moves their body in a repeated motion from one point to another. It is a low-impact, weight-bearing exercise that uses the body’s own muscles to propel the body forward. Running is an excellent way to improve physical fitness, build strong bones and muscles, and reduce stress levels. It can also help to reduce the risk of conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. Additionally, running is an activity that can be done anywhere, making it convenient and accessible for all fitness levels and ages.
